Mission

Brosna Educational Centres CLG is a registered charity operating initiatives across Ireland for the advancement of education and character development in accordance with Christian principles and ideals.

These initiatives include accommodation facilities for third-level students, formational programmes for teens, and activities for families. We give particular focus to foster solidarity and awareness of the needs of others in the service of society.

The Christian principles and ideals of Brosna are inspired by Opus Dei’s message that everyone can find God in their everyday life. All our initiatives are open to people of all creeds of none, and all social and cultural backgrounds.

AFFILIATIONS

Brosna is affiliated to:  

• CDYSB, City of Youth Service Board, a committee of the City of Dublin Education and Training Board

• ICNET, an international NGO for cooperation on development projects with the Third World

• EUCA, the European University College Association.

• NYCI - all child protection processes and requirements are arranged under the auspices of the National Youth Council of Ireland, and are monitored by them.
